By commissioning Milk3921, you have read
and agreed to the following terms.

GENERAL

Prices listed are for one character.
Additional characters in the same artwork: +60% of base price each (Max: 3 characters per piece).
Separate artworks are considered separate commissions.
Reference Files: Please provide references as [PDF, JPEG, PNG] files only. For security reasons, the artist does not open external links.
Backgrounds and additional elements (e.g., props, scenery) are negotiable and may incur extra charges.
What you will recieved: PNG file (w/ watermark, PNG file (w/o watermark), Transparent PNG.
Process: Send Request: Commission Form, Sketching/Approved sketch, Progress update, Finished Commission.

Do's & Don't

NSFW & GORE

Client must be 18+ years old.
Accepts NSFW and mild gore commission.
I accept mild gore request which is limited to mild wounds and blood without extreme violence or too much graphic details.

Use & rights

THE ARTIST

I retain full rights to all commissioned works. This includes the right to: Display the work in my portfolio and on social media, Use it for self-promotion, Reproduce and distribute.
I reserve the right to: Decline any commission request, Discontinue a commission.

THE CLIENT

The commissioner may use the artwork for personal purposes only: Gift, wallpaper, personal prints, personal use on social medias, with credit to the artist.
Do not trace, resell, edit for the purpose of "fixing", or profit in any way from the commissioned artwork.
Do not use the preliminary materials provided (such as sketches, color drafts) for anything other than the commission and personal use.
Do not use the commission for NFTs, blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI generators, or similar technologies.

Monetized Content

Artwork used on commercial platforms or monetized social media accounts belonging to the Client. Examples include:
Streaming assets (overlays, alerts, panels, transitions).
Video content (thumbnails, end-cards, background art).
Subscription platforms and pay-walled content.
Branding for professional or business social media accounts.
Promotional graphics for monetized events or giveaways.
Any use on a platform that generates ad revenue, tips, or subscription profit.
Monetized content requires an additional fee (+100% of the base price)

Commercial Merchandising

Creation, resale, or distribution of physical or digital products using the commissioned artwork. Examples include:
Prints, stickers, keychains, charms.
Clothing (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.).
Digital merchandise or asset packs.
Promotional content for merchandise.
Any product intended for sale or profit.
Commercial merchandising requires an additional fee (+150% to +200% of the base price)

NDA / Confidential Use

DEADLINE & DELIVERY

Turnaround time is typically 1 to 4 weeks (after draft approval), depending on complexity and queue.
If you have a hard deadline, please state it in the commission form.
Failure of the client to respond to progress updates within 1-2 weeks will prompt the artist to proceed with finalizing the artwork for delivery.

PAYMENT & refund

Pay in USD currency only.
Payment via PayPal Invoice or Ko-Fi only.
2 options. Payment upfront, or payment after the sketch.
Artist-Initiated Cancellations: Should the Artist be unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons or unforeseen complications, the Client will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Once the Artist has begun work on the commission, no refunds will be issued.
Before Commencement: If a cancellation is requested before the Artist has started the commission, a refund may be issued minus any non-refundable platform or payment processing fees.
